  • In-Person Accessibility: We work closely with our providers to ensure that physical office locations comply with applicable accessibility standards, allowing patients to safely and comfortably receive in-person care.

  • Accommodations: If you require a reasonable accommodation to access our platform, utilize our management tools, or communicate with our team, please let us know. We will work with you to provide auxiliary aids or alternative formats free of charge. 

 How to File a Grievance

If you believe that Emote has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of any protected characteristic above, you can file a grievance with our Compliance Team:
